Baseball gear in general, but batting gloves especially, are a very personal and important part of a baseball player's career. With an owner who is a retired professional baseball player himself, we truly understand this.
At Stellar Baseball, we create gloves that define new benchmarks for quality, durability, performance, feel, and comfort. We want all players who use our products to feel how important they are to us. We believe after you have tried other brands, you will settle on ours and that we are the best.
100-Day Glove Guarantee
All Stellar Baseball Batting Gloves are protected under our 100-Day Guarantee, covering defects in craftsmanship and materials for 100 days from the date of receipt. Our gloves will not last forever, but if cared for and stored properly, they will last longer than others on the market. If your gloves develop a qualifying defect during this period, we’ll typically replace the affected pair at no cost.
Important Terms
- Only the original purchaser is eligible
- Claims must be submitted within 100 days of receiving the gloves
- One-time replacement per pair under this policy
- All claims are reviewed and approved at Stellar Baseball’s discretion
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Damage due to misuse, improper care, or accidents
- Exposure to chemicals, sweat, water, adhesive sprays, or extreme conditions
- Repairs or alterations by third parties
How to Submit a Claim
Email team@stellarbaseball.com with the following:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A short description laying out defect(s)
- Clear photos showing the defect(s)
- Photo of the glove palms to assess overall wear
- "100-Day Glove Guarantee" somewhere in the message
Satisfaction Guarantee
Stellar Baseball offers a Satisfaction Guarantee on all other products. If you are not happy with your purchase for any particular reason, like performance or durability, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
This does not mean that our products will last forever, but we want to make sure we do right by the customer. All we ask is that you are fair with us so we can be fair in return. Earning your trust and satisfaction is our top priority.
